We are a full service real estate brokerage licenced to do business anywhere in the State of Georgia.

All of our agents are REALTORS and comply with the National Association
of REALTORS ethical standards set forth in the guidelines of that organization.  We primarily serve the Metropolitan Atlanta area, but we do have agents who are available in areas that fall outside of that geographical area.

We offer a positive and helpful atmosphere for our agents to thrive.  Our listings are supported in both First Multiple Listing Services (FMLS) and Georgia Multiple Listing Services (GAMLS) and all properties listed with MWB Realty, Inc, are advertised on our 6 company websites, along with REALTOR.com and other local mediums that our agents are free to use at their discretion.  

Most signage, business cards and name badges, property flyers, Supra lockboxes and most items that are helpful and necessary for agents to use to market themselves and their client's properties are provided by the brokerage at a small monthly office fee.  This fee includes Errors and Omission Insurance coverage and activity fees required by the listing services.
